Our Bay of Plenty and Northland Pre-Season Radfords User Seminars have been completed and harvest is "just around the corner"! These events are important as they provide a face-to-face forum (particularly in these "times of COVID") where we get the chance to meet some of key stakeholders who we may only speak to or email in the heat of the kiwifruit harvest season. It's also a chance for these same stakeholders to network and catch up with past, present and (potentially?) future colleagues.
- A pre-season checklist (available here) to help ensure operational "readiness" once brown, fuzzy fruit starts getting whizzed across graders.
- Updates on FreshPack, FreshCool and the broader suite of our kiwifruit solutions - with a focus on making post-harvest operations simpler and more efficient.
- An introduction to our new Support Portal (internall referred to as our "Supportal"). The move to a solely web-based helpdesk will help our customers have better visibility over support tickets, enable faster triage of issues and, in turn, speed up response times - allowing our customers to get back to what they need to.
- Our Annual Quiz! Congratulations to Tegan from EastPack who was the only one to score 10/10 and picked up the prize hamper for her efforts! More pics available here.
