- Kiwifruit are packed with fibre. Hence very good for any indigestion problems which might be lingering
I think I should start eating more Kiwifruit myself! Kiwi-strawberry yogurt smoothie Ingredients 3 x Kiwifruit – peeled 1 x Cup of frozen strawberries ½ x Cup of low-fat plain yogurt Optional: 1 x scoop of vanilla ice-cream Method - Combine all the ingredients together in your blender (except for the optional extra)
- Place the lid on the blender firmly, blend for 1 minute on high speed, or until smooth
- Pour into a glass
- Top with Vanilla ice-cream (optional)
- Enjoy!
